  1. Refusal of Parcel:
    • Customers have the right to refuse the parcel upon delivery if the product is damaged or if they have changed their mind. In such cases, please inform our customer support immediately.
  2. Acceptance of Parcel:
    • Once the parcel is accepted by the customer, returns will not be accepted due to the nature of our products, which are all edible.
  3. Unusable Products:
    • If the product becomes unusable due to unavoidable reasons during transit after the customer has accepted the parcel, we request customers to follow these steps:
      • Contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product.
      • Provide clear pictures of the damaged items.
      • After reviewing the pictures, we will initiate a refund process and request customers to discard the damaged product.
      • In case of any Refunds approved by Vapika, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.


Returns are not applicable once the parcel has been accepted by the customer, except in the case of items rendered unusable during transit.
